5 days Kibale And Queen Elizabeth national park Combo safari
Day 1 – Pick up and transfer to Kibale national park, a lunch stop at Fort Portal town. After which you will tour the town and as well visit the historical sites in the area like the amebere ganyinamwiru, and get to learn about the Toro Kingdom that reigns in this region. Hereafter you will continue to the park and stay for the rest of the evening. Overnight at Kibale Forest Cottages FB
Day 2 – Chimpanzee trek –After a briefing about the trek, start the chimpanzee trek, along which you will have the chance to view the chimpanzees and several other primates like Red-tailed monkeys, White & Black colobus, velvet monkeys, and many more, about 13 species including these mentioned. Return to the lodge for overnight
Day 3 – After breakfast, you transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park. On your way, you will visit the hot springs – learn about them and the experience is great. Continue to the park, have lunch after which you will go on the afternoon boat cruise. Return and rest for the evening to the lodge for the rest of the evening. Overnight at Irungu Forest lodge HB
Day 4 – Park activities – a morning game drive, visiting the crater lakes area, relaxing for the rest of the afternoon, swimming, reading a book, or having a drink. Overnight as above
Day 5 – Depart at leisure for Kampala, stop at the equator and thereafter continue, and drop off.
